Prepare “wheat starch dough” recipe. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread some of the wheat starch dough into a pan or cookie sheet the size of the pizza you want. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with toppings, and return the pizza to the oven until done to your likeness. For a crispier crust, put the pizza directly on the oven rack for the second baking.
Hints:
1. Brush dough with garlic butter before baking
2. Bake a large pizza and freeze to reheat at a later time
3. Make individual size pizza rounds and freeze after first baking. At a later time, thaw, add your toppings, and bake.
