Quick & Easy Pancakes

A low-protein recipe for kids and adults with PKU —

1 cup Cambrooke Foods® MixQuick
2/3 cup water

Mix the ingredients with a fork until blended.  Pour the batter onto a hot, greased skillet.  Cook until golden, then turn and cook on the other side until brown.
