Fruit Salsa

A low-protein recipe for kids and adults with PKU —

4 granny smith apples
2 cup strawberry
2 kiwis
juice from 2 oranges
3 Tbl packed brown sugar
3 Tbl apple jelly

Finely chop apples, strawberries, and kiwi.  Add juice, brown sugar and apple jelly.  Let sit, preferably overnight.

Hint: Use as a topping for ice cream or pancakes
Hint: Great for dipping with cinnamon/sugar tortillas
